See the decorative wood carvings, jewellery, manuscripts arms and armory at the Himachal State Museum at the top of Inverarm Hills.

The godess Shamla, from whom the name Shimla was derived is the presiding deity of the more than 150 year old Kali Bari Temple on Bentony hills. Also visit St Michael's Cathedral.

Elysium And Jakhoo Hills
Tucked behind Jakhoo hills, reaching out towards the Outer spur of the Shimla ridge,Elysium Hill affords view of all of Shimla spread out below. Lord Auckland Chose this Hill for his home. Auckland House, now a school is on the way to Lakkarbazar. Go further up Elysium towards the suburbs for the trek to the village of Pabo and Kamiana, which goes over very picturesque trails.
