PLEASE NOTE:

* We will hold a tentative booking for 4 days from the date of booking Request. The same would be confirmed immediately after the receipt of payment.

* ‘Tentative booking’ would be cancelled after 5 days period, if we do not receive the amount.
 

Booking policy

50% of payment to be made at the time of confirmation and remaining 50%, 5 day before check in.

In case of booking made more than 45 days in advance, 25% advance payment needs to be made for confirmation. remaining 25% to be made 30 days before check in and balance 50% to be paid 5 days prior to check in.

In case of booking made more than 60 days in advance, a non refundable advance payment of 10% needs to be paid for confirmation. remaining 40% to be made 30 days before check in and balance 50% to be paid 5 days prior to check in.

Cancellation policy

· 30 days before arrival date - 90% refund
· 15 days before arrival date 50% refund
· 7 days before arrival 25% refund and
· Less than 5 days before arrival - No refunds
· Refunds will be made after deducting the financial charges
