Luxury Tents
All Luxury Tents, each 790 square feet have private gardens and an outside deck for sunbathing. The tents feature king size four-poster beds, freestanding roll-top baths and separate showers. All the tents have wooden floors and embroidered interior canopies and are furnished in regal style.

Ranthambhore Fort
(12 kms. from the Resort) Perhaps the only one fort, which is not visible from a long distance. The Fort is a massive enclave and quite high. Mughal Emperor Shah Alam gifted it to Sawai Madho Singh I of Jaipur in 1754 AD and since then it was maintained as the private hunting preserve.
 

Jogi Mahal
(11 kms from the Resort) Jogi Mahal is a forest rent house, some 250 years old, and commands the view of Padam Talao or the lotus lake on one side and the ramparts of Ranthambhore Fort.
 

Gilai Sagar, Mansarovar
(16 kms from the Resort) This lake attracts thousands of migratory birds during winter and are especially exciting for bird-watchers. In these areas you can even find a herd of black buck, the rarely seen antelope of this arid region.
 

Rajbagh Lake
(28 kms from the Resort) Carpeted with lotus flowers and is filled with lotus-eaters, Rajbagh Lake has the highest density of sambar deer and marsh crocodile. The back pools and like little nurseries for chital and sambar whose young ones can be found here in large numbers.
 

Highest Point
(45 kms from the Resort) This point gives you a virtual `aerial' view of the Park and is well worth the time it takes getting there.
 

Sultanpur Ki Kui
(12 kms from the Resort) This is a lovely road full of tendu trees and is one of the most scenic drives in the Park. In the fruiting season of the tendu in March, the sloth bears of Ranthambhore feast along this road
 

Fort of Khandar
(35 kms. from the Resort) On the far side of the Reserve is well worth a visit. This imposing fort commands a stunning view of the area.

By Air
The closest airport is Sanghaner airport in Jaipur, which is 180 kms and three and half hours drive from the hotel.
Private Air Charter - Fly directly to Ranthambhore from Delhi or Jaipur
You also have the option of hiring a private air charter with the Oberoi Aviation and flying directly to Ranthambhore from Delhi or Jaipur. The flying time is:
Delhi to Ranthambhore: 80 Minutes
Jaipur to Ranthambhore: 30 Minutes

By Road
The drive from Jaipur to Vanyavilas takes 3 and a 1/2 hours. The drive from Agra to Vanyavilas takes 6 hours. The drive from New Delhi to Vanyavilas, via Jaipur, takes approximately 8 hours.

 
By Rail
The travel time from Sawai Madhopur to Jaipur is approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes,
Sawai Madhopur to Delhi is 5 hours
Sawai Madhopur to Mumbai is around 15 hours.

Child Policy

• Two children up to 8 years of age can stay in the parent's room without an additional charge. However, a maximum of one child's bed can be placed in a room which will be provided at no additional charge.

• One child over 8 but less than 12 years can stay in the parent's room. A child's bed is provided at no additional charge.

• For two children between 8 and 12 years an additional room is necessary. The rate of this room will be 50% of the parent's applicable room rate.

• If a child is above 12 years of age, a separate room will be required at the parent's applicable room rate. (An extra bed shall not be provided for anyone over 12 years of age.)

• As a special offer, the second room for children will be offered complimentary till 15th April, 2011.
