The Kashmir valley region is famous for it picturesque natural beauty and among other things is known for its Dal Lake that reflects the surrounding snow-capped mountain peaks. Among the most interesting attractions in the region are the Mogul Gardens, the floating vegetable and flower markets and the unique experience of staying on a houseboat. The Valley is known for its fresh apples and the intricate embroidery stitching that is done on the traditional warm kurtas, for both, men and women.

Itinerary: TCLE/09

Day 01:
Fly from Delhi to Srinagar. Drive straight to Dal or Nagin lake, and check-in House boat, Enjoy your evening around the lake, and dinner at the deck of your house-board.

Day 02: Srinagar
City tour in Srinagar of Nishat and Shalimar garden, Shankara-Chariya temple, Shikara ride in Nagin lake, dinner will be serve at the deck of house-boat, enjoying the Kashmiri delicacy & hospitality.

Day 03: Srinagar Gulmarg 56 Kms
After breakfast leave for Gulmarg,one of the most beautiful summer resort in the valley. It is also popular for its golf course (in summer), the highest in the world ,and skiing during the winter season. Enjoy the splendor of nature and the snowy mountains. One can have Gondola ride (cable car) from Gulmarg to Khalinmarg Overnight at Hotel.

Day 04: Gulmarg Pahalgam 149 Kms
After breakfast, leave from Gulmarg and drive to Pahalgam 2440 Mtrs (Vale of Kashmir) on the way visit Saffron fields and Avantipur ruins which is eleven hundred years old temple. Finally by the lunch time you will reach Pahalgam which is the most famous place for Indian Film Industry. After lunch enjoy the nature charm of the valley. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 05: Pahalgam
In Pahalgam Day to enjoy the beauty of the Pahalgam valley. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 06: Pahalgam Srinagar 93 Kms
After breakfast leave Pahalgam and drive to Srinagar at lunch time you will reach into the hotel Hotel. Afternoon free for personal activities. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 07: Kargil
Early morning drive to Kargil via Sonamarg and Dzozi-la (pass). Overnight in hotel at Kargil or camp in Mulbek.

Day 08: Ulleytokpo
Post breakfast, drive up towards Lamayuru via Mulbek. Visit the Lamayuru monastery, reach Ulleytokpo and check-in West Ladakh Deluxe Camp.

Day 09: Leh
Drive to Leh via Alchi, Patthar sahib and Spituk monastery. Post lunch orientation tour of Leh town and drive up to Shanti stupa to enjoy the beautiful sunset view of Leh town. Overnight in Hotel.

Day 10: Leh
An early start to visit Pangong lake at a distance of 155 kilometers, over Changlha pass. Full day trip with picnic lunch. Overnight hotel in Leh.

Day 11:  Leh
Morning proceed for Indus Valley monastery tour. Visit to Shey Palace The ancient capital of Ladakh. The famous Thiksey monastery and Hemis gonpa. Afternoon free for shopping. Overnight hotel in Leh.

Day 12: Leh - Delhi
Transfer to airport for Delhi flight.
